Put a KC on the front and the joke is lost to reality.

I find new cars with badly aimed lights are more often the culprit than actually rolling with brights.

6 100 watt bulbs on the top, turns night into day... Plus the work lights on the back are great for idiots behind me with their brights on...

The next bit of kit waiting in my closet are Hella 1000’s.

Can’t freaking wait.

That’s awesome. My new biggest pet peeve is daytime running lights that ARE the highbeams. Fuck every car company that does this. It’s still bright and annoying in sunlight. Technically they work because I damn sure saw the lights but making me what to bust someone’s lights out with a tire iron isn’t the same as making the car more visible and safe.

The only problem is they’re covered when you need to blast someone.

Usually trucks, but I’ve seen several cars as well.

Those covers are deceptivly thin... I had to replace one of them because I forgot it was on there when I had them on during a night run. Pulled over because I smelt burning plastic and found it still on there, didn’t notice much difference in the light beam lol.

My province requires opaque covers on driving lights, otherwise I would be flashing all the time..

The best is night traffic when oncoming cars won’t dip.. wait... wait.. engage!

Haha. Most do I think, but it sounds like from the guy above you that it’ll still get the job done even with the covers are on!

I had a relay lock on while my 100w spots had their vinyl KC covers on.. burnt a nice hole right through each of them.

I used to have one with badly aimed lights. But now they are aimed.
